I have passionately worked as a Broker and Salesperson in Real Estate and Mortgage since 2012.  I started my career in this profession at a small company that grew to over 1,000 agents.   I was a Branch Office Manager and managed over 150 agents.  I trained, mentored, and supported all agents in many locations while maintaining my own clientele. 

In 2005, I started my first Real Estate and Mortgage Company with a couple of partners in two locations: Milpitas and Sacramento, CA.  I worked strategically in developing and maintaining policies and procedures for business development.  My other responsibility was to review all company’s contracts, conduct training seminars, and assist in agents’ marketing programs.   Additionally, I provided logistic support to agents while maintaining my current and increasing client database for Real Estate and Mortgage Services.

I started Platinum Realty Group in 2008 and got incorporated in 2012 as Platinum Realty Group And Finance, Inc.  Today, many of the agents whom I mentored or worked with in the past have come to me for their personal loans and/or for their clients’ loan.  My strong knowledge of both Real Estate and Mortgage has greatly helped my buyers and sellers.  For sellers, I can tell if a buyer’s loan will likely close or not.  I use my skills in lending to help my sellers choose the stronger offer to close.  For buyers, my background in negotiation comes in handy and plays an important role when we put in an offer.  I double check to make sure that the buyers do really qualify for the loan before putting in an offer.  There are so many people new to the business who do not understand that a lender’s guideline can be a moving target.  You have to stay on top of it all the time.  My extensive knowledge in credit repair has helped my clients improve their scores and thus get them a better interest rate.

 I have a wonderful loving husband and 3 beautiful daughters.  My husband is very supportive of what I do and encourages me to just do my best.  I am currently serving on the Milpitas Unified School District School Board. In my spare time, I serve as a Board Member for the Milpitas Chamber of Commerce and the Milpitas Rotary Club.  I volunteer at my daughters’ school and help in organizing fundraising events.  This allows me to spend some time with them and see how they are doing.  Additionally, I like to get involved in improvement programs and make a positive impact to our community.

I graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Law & Society from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
